Hello, I weight 68/69kg and I have 55 PSI in the Lyrik RCT3. And in the Super Deluxe I have 150PSI.
I would like to fine-tune the rebound of both ... any recommendations?.
I'm in doubt whether to give them a little rebound or give them some more rebound...
Any help is welcome.

ride off a kerb slowly and adjust rebound till it slows the shock down enough so it isn't pogoing. Then on the trail adjust from there. remember the rebound adjust is only slow speed.
