as the title says just seen Lydl have got these in on thursday

just wondered if people think they will be ok for a dry bag with sleeping bag and mat in

Ymmv but i wouldt trust that to ride to work.

As above, I wouldn't trust that to stay still or secure your load. I had a Topeak one which would move side to side when the going got even a little bumpy. For just that kit, why not try jury rigging it to the handlebars? (The bag and mat, not that rack 😉

If its just a couple of light items in a dry bag wait until Lidl have their luggage straps in stick again and use those to secure it to the seat/seatpost.

Bontrager do a really good and light seatpost rack for a bit less than £20 well worth the extra over the lidl one and a much better option..the best seatpost rack bar none !

Tesco do one for about £15 - They seem a lot better - QR to seatpost
