Hi All,
Because I'm a saddo and I'm looking forward to some quality on the turbo trainer this winter I was thinking of being a little bit more scientific with the training plan this year.
The goal is for a personal best ever result in 24 hour solos next year, I've done a few of them so far.
The question is, has anyone had any experience with the training plans on lwcoaching.com? These are more like training plan templates as they are generic plans rather than being tailored to an individual. Especially the "24-Hour Solo Mountain Bike – Personal Record Plan 12 weeks" plan.
