[#3998117]

if they are building them with the

RockShox Reba RL Dual Air 100mm 29er Fork With Poplock / White Red / 9mm QR / 1 1/8"

does that mean they have a (and potentially any other On-one 29erwith this fork )

Please note: weight limit 100kg, 16stone, 225lbs

weight limit by default?

one for Brants google alerts? ๐Ÿ˜‰

I thought they were only for the visually impaired? They make the C456 look pretty!

Brant

are the forks different to the ones sold separately on your website?

You put the weight limit in the description for them

Well it's unlikely that you're going to ride the fork without putting it in a bike.

So yes, if the fork has a 100kg weight limit then any bike with that fork also has a 100kg weight limit.

However I suspect the 100kg weight limit on the fork is about to become a 'typo' ๐Ÿ™„

If you are going to bump this you need to call him

Brant, are they the same forks?

Brant, could you clarify which reba's are on your 29er bikes please. Are they the ones that have the weight limit?

sounds like you just want him to say no these forks dont have a weight limit

when infact if you have a warrenty claim and your 17 stone then youll be out of luck

happened to my 15 stone mate with a set of sids - they asked his weight he innocently answered not knowing about a weight limit- warrenty was chucked. (he bust the seal between the pos and neg chambers internally )

just accept that the weight limit exists !

brant's been away testing new bikes for the past three days, I'm not sure this thread is a priority for him.

Maybe contact them via the link above?

probably more important to him than a weight limit imposed by ROCKSHOX

To be fair, he did think the tubes were a good 'Camelbak spare' compromise for people who run both 26" and 29" wheels.

Bugger. I was getting very close to ordering that Lurcher with Reba fork. Glad I came across this thread. At 102kg without riding gear, I couldn't take the risk.
Looks like the Canyon 29er then with Fox fork.
