What’s the best floor pump for moderate pressures (up to about 40 psi?)? Joe Blow Mountain or something else?

I just bought the Lezyne Overdrive pump but it has not arrived yet. Previous Lezyne pumps I have had have been great so can't see why this would be any different. Goes up to 60 psi.

I bought a Boardman one which is superb. Ok so I bought it to go up to 160psi, which it does very well, but it's also the most robust and least wobbly one I've used, and has the best chuck. £30.
