I don't get out much on the mtb, but I wouldn't have missed this morning for the world! Awesome weather!

where where you ?

I had a bleeding stream on a normally dry trail, some crispy bits but if it was in the forest or horsed it was claggy/muddy, mind you it was awesome, bimbling through the frost along the Roman wall with the rising sun just beginning to blast away, and then into woods, where it was squirrel frenzy, and home (as gfs feet had given up as it was really parky)

Glorious this morning, buzzing round the Derwent a bit lower down than wrightyson - the horse wrecked trails were firm, if bumpy, and even after the frost went about 11.30 the ground was still hard.

Lots of people about enjoying it. And an awesome bacon and sausage cob at the Broomfield College Food Hub

Nice and frosty at Cutgate today ๐Ÿ™‚

This trail rocked just as much today as when it's bone dry. Had a comedy otb when my wheel went through the ice in a deeper-than-i-suspected gully, fun times. Also it's bloody hard adjusting to a ht when you've been on a squishy for ages.

'twas indeed great! Really nice being able to tap out the miles, rather than slog through ankle deep mud for a change ๐Ÿ™‚
