Well, maybe too many exclamation marks there.
At some point this morning, on the long rattly tailwind assisted descent to Garrigill, my Crud Race Guard fell off my bike. Don't suppose anyone's been up that way and found it?

While I'm at it, I also lost the bolt for the bar clamp of my lights. And a banana, but they're less important....
