Lost compression ring from headset

Sad times in my garage right now, I was replacing my stem and (don't ask how) have lost the plastic compression ring from my upper headset so now predictably the fork knocks etc.

After hours of searching the garage to no avail I'll have to just buy a new one, but I haven't a clue what to look for.

The bearing has

"TANGE SEIKI 4T5-5 BEARING

41.8 / 30.2 / 45° SUJ-2"

stamped on it.

What would be a suitable product to buy?

Many Thanks

A new headset!

Seriously, though... I had this a couple of year ago with a friend who had tried to adjust theirs and failed. I bought 3 different ones, which were all slightly wrong... before finding hers in the frame.

Hopefully someone else will have a foolproof method of finding the right one cos my experience doesn't help much - unless I can locate my new "spares" somewhere in the shed...
