Popped the AV joint a bit and broke/bruised the collar bone

I walked round Lordswood Forest today which reminded me that I see these threads on here! looked great for cycling. Then went to the sports centre and saw the cyclo X/pump track which looked even better! Hope you had fun.

LOL! we've met, WCA. In the days when people from STW used to organise bike rides round here! Can't remember which one exactly. I might bimble down there from Salis one day! It did look good. Hope your shoulder getting better.
