Not going to make this week, cider and curry for me instead. ๐Ÿ™‚

Although I did do a 20 mile road commute to work today on my SS. Bit breezy.

Is that new destruction or just the general collapse of Lordswood into the centre of the earth due to plate tectonics, given that its built on an active volcano and all that.

should be there, may stick on the 16t for the rear if there is lots of road, the mud tires drag quite a bit so may be rather slow!

FM - sounds like you watched the show on Mexico City on BBC1 last night!

I can't be bothered to faff with gearing so it'll be 32:18 and Trailrakers for me, twiddly legs and draggy tyres.
Lordswood has some of the best surfaced most rideable singletrack in the UK so I'm not sure how a bit of rain will matter, apart from damping down the dust...

As I will never tire of saying, for trails within easy reach of a major city, Lordswood is an absolute gem of a spot. I'm now back in my native south-west (& Bristol is certainly not short of good riding), but I think I left at least some of my soul on that fast Soton singletrack. Fond memories indeed.
