Recently finished my CX build but having an issue with the headset....
Even on road rides it loosens off but its terrible when i do any bumpy stuff. Its just a drop-in FSA orbit XL thingy and i'm not new to fitting these but i'm at a loss to the cause. I'll undo the top cap, stem, compress and tighten and ten minutes later its loose!
A friend suggested it may be due to my frame have a full carbon steerer but surely that can't be it can it?
Any ideas/suggestions greatfully received.

somebody on here the other day had the wrong flavour of semi-integrated headset and that wouldn't tighten ❓
You need to get the internal spacers which fit above the top bearing. It took me 9 months to find why the headset on my Argon 18 wouldn't stay tightened. You might find that your LBS carries them.
