The 15mm axle on my revs keeps loosening off. It never used to but has recently started. Is it worn or do they all do that after a while? Cheers

If you look at the end of the axle where the lever is, there is a tension adjuster with a small hexagon head (2.5mm I think). Give that a couple of clicks and that should tighten it up nicely.

Is the correct answer... I had to loosen mine I think as I wasn't getting the right loading on the QR before tightening it up etc... So was coming loose.
