[Closed] Looking for new MTB SPD shoes
My MT31's are 4 years old and finally giving up the ghost. They have done me well as a cheap and cheerful (£35) introduction to spd shoes and now I'm looking for a replacement. I've been looking at these:

Spesh BG Sport

What do people think, recommend or suggest please?
Cheers 🙂
sidi dominators.......bought a pair a couple of weeks ago after being a spesh bg fan since they 1st came out.
spesh are very comfy indeed...............but sidi's are at a higher level altogether.
Buy the ones that fit you best. Like you would with any shoes really.
Sorry forgot to say budget of £75, no sidi's for me 🙁
m161
Shimano m086 are great. As good as any carbon ones unless you're a serious racer
Shimano 'storm troopers' are good, very tough good looking shoe although if your concerned about weight or race then there a tad heavy at nearly a kilo. I have them and they are good shoes though, with a bit more 'toe rom' than other shimano shoes i've tried
Have to say the M161's are a bit marmite and the mo86 are a bit too bling for me.
The M123 is the same shoe as the M161 except for the colour and the ratchet strap.
M123's piss all over M086's.
