any good tips to make them last?

Keep them clean, do the quick service regularly, and turn them upside down for a couple of minutes before riding to make sure the foam rings are wet.

10 minutes ??? would that not get in the way of riding???

drop the lowers off each month,(riding twice a week)clean the foam rings,top up the oil and they will be fine. 😉
major service yearly from mojos.
I have had mine three years and no issues....yet! 🙄
