Bike came fitted with a 125mm drop Thomson post. On a large frame u don't feel I can ever get it in the right position, right for climbing still too high for descending and right for descending too low for climbing!
Other than 150mm reverbs/lev are there any longer droppers?
Thought I'd found one, the vecnum moveloc, but with all things German it seems, there is a 4 month wait for one!

Xfusion strate 150?
Set up one recently seemed good quality, cable op but then that can be seen as more reliable. Definitely easier to bodge if you have a mishap out on the trail.
What diameter do you need?
The Rase Black Mamba, it's not a sex toy, honest!
It's actually been around for years, at least as long as the original Gravity Dropper.
No idea if it's any good...
9 inches for you, though ๐
Vecnum moveloc I believe is available in 150 , 170 or 200mm drop.
I want the vecnum 170mm but ad said, not available for 4 months.
Ks supernatural do 150
Have you been riding it long? WHen I got my 125 reverb I still used the QR to drop the whole unit on proper downhills. After a good few months of use I've adapted and only use the QR on proper silly/scary stuff - and that's possibly just a psychological thing.
Reverb stealths are available in 150, dunno if they're going to roll it out to none stealths at any point.
Been living with it since January and just can't get it to feel right.
Rase Black Mamba - I had one, it was shocking. Undamped, so it would punt you into orbit if you weren't careful. Very finicky about seatclamp tightness - essentially if I clamped the post tight enough to stop it rotating, t would seize up (I got quite good at using my knees to push it straight whilst riding the Megavalanche courses. After a week of use (the Mega), the ano on the shaft had got scratched to hell and the ally underneath was starting to mark up too.
