Hi all im thinking of riding long myndd on sunday and was wondering if anybody had ridden it lately and knew the condition the trails are in? Cheers

Actually I've no idea what it's like just thought it would be a witty reply.
I'm looking at heading over that way next Wednesday. Only been up the minge one other time and wasn't impressed with the amount/time of climbing vs the down so have been looking at more of an XC route.
This looks good, including sliperstones and eastridge woods.
If someone could critique, that'd be nice.
