Does anybody have a good long offroad route for the long mynd and if so is there any chance i could get a copy of the route. ideally looking for something with a minimum 30ish miles

drop me an email - i ride there every other weekend as my mrs lives nearby and i know it rather well inc the cheeky stuff.... want a guide? also check out eastridge - can do a monster mynd / stiperstones / eastridge loop...
