I have a copy of the mtb map for the Mynd and tomorrow I have around 4 and half hours to ride....
Which of the trails are a must ride.....I see they are numbered on the map.....

From what I remember of long mynd 4 and 1/2 hours should get you round the vast majority.
Minton batch in a must do, I liked the drop to little Stretton, The one that comes out by the campsite.
