Londonists, I'm there for work in a couple of weeks with an overnight on a Thursday, staying somewhere Wembley-ish. Planning to get the train rather than flying, so pondering taking a bike with me and getting a ride in on the Thursday evening. Alternative is binge drinking with colleagues, not really up for that.
Anyone know of any good road bunches I could maybe tag onto, or is there an obvious better case for having a MTB or CX and doing that somewhere instead?
And what tyres for streets paved with gold?
West Drayton MTB might be an idea..
I would suggest the weekly Swinley night ride, but if you're without car, getting there from Wembley will be nigh on impossible. 🙁
Full enduro gear , hire bike and laps of Regent’s Park ftw.
Or google rapha training rides in to Herts.
