Many moons a ago, the mate that got me into MTBing had a Saracen. It had these brake levers that you could pull up tight, and slide a little catch to lock into place. Which I have found would be VERY handy for parking a fully laden bike against a wall to stop it flopping over and/or rolling away.....
Do they still exist?

I have seen them on wheelchairs - but at ta guess the cable pull is only for cantis not vs.
