Hi Folks,

Anybody have any info on the track from the end of the road at Inverlochlarig over to Glen Falloch? On satellite imagery it looks like there's still a bit of a quad track that runs under some pylons. What's the likelihood / enjoy-ability of getting a loaded mtb across it?

Ta

Strava Heatmap says no.

You can go from Glen Finglas north to Loch Voil though.

I've walked it about 15 years ago.

The farmer at Inverlochlaraig was most definitely not interested in walkers and had done best to disrupt what looked like a half decent path on the ground.

The Falloch side was a deer path / rough ground, with some quad imprints through the bog. Walkable, but I would think a fair push on a bike.

Beinghlas back to Loch Katrine I've peered at the new track from Katrine a few times, no idea if it connects. My suspicion is it will not due to different landowners.

Cheers all,

I thought that might be the case; I think I'll walk it before relying on it to take me home after a long trip.
