Discovered some local trails today, virtually on my doorstep, old railway lines to the once thriving North Wales coalfields. the trails are not marked on the map as anything just plain white routes, does this mean access or not.
Back in the day white lanes were used in road rallying/nav runs.

Just roads, not rights of way but still accessible IIRC. Personally I'd ride them unless challenged. Then I'd question the person challenging as to why and probably continue to ride them unles there was a minefield or SSSI.
