Hi Folks

Happy New Year to you all!

There are a few of us heading out to a trail centre tommorow and we are strugging to find out which one we can ride without bolting skis to the bike!

We are based in Aberdeen and the closest is Monster trails at Fochabers. Does anybody know if the snow has thawed?

Also would consider Glentress. Does anybody live nearby and can give us info on the conditions?

Fingers crossed something is ridable!

Cheers

Dave

No idea about Monster trail but dropped into Glentress car park yesterday on the way by and there was no snow to be seen.

There looks to be some pockets of snow on the hill tops so I would imagine there will be the odd scary icy patch on the trails to catch you out.

GT Red and Inners are pretty much free of ice and completely rideable(just the odd bit of ice to look out for). Don't know about GT Black, sorry.

Thanks very much to both of you!

Depending of what I hear about monster trails we may well come down to GT, its a long drive but well worth the effort.

Anybody near Fochabers?

Cheers

Dave
