I am doing the liverpool Triathlon on sunday as part of a relay team, so only the bike part for me and I managed to blag this bike from those nice people in Giant Liverpool it's quick!

Was in Liverpool last week and the river was high and in full flow,tonight,there was a lot less water,and big mud flats,damm scoucers nicking it for baths, as its the weekend,
Enjoy the triathlon though,
