cheers, but look a little too thick for me, after something fingerless mitt type with the thin windproof layer etc?

cheers dan! they look spot on, they also do a equinox version too, do you own the deflect ones? how thick are they compared to a pair of sealskins type winter ones? just literally want some thin windproof ones?

I have some gore ones...not Alp X and were about 30 quid. Very light and unbulky. Windproof and warm...well warm until about 1c...they are my winter gloves...really nice and thin. When wet, they warm quickly but they aren't waterproof.

I think they are Gore Tool gloves.

I have a pair of the deflect gloves, and think they're pretty good for this time of year until it gets properly cold. They're made with some kind of softshell matieral, so are a bit water resistant too. Not sure how they compare to sealskinz gloves, but I'd say the material is probably about 3mm thick if that helps.

cheers, but look a little too thick for me,

FWIW - they have no lining at all and are very thin

cheers dan - its not so much the outer out of the hand that bothers me, more so the palms being to beefy and not being able to feel the bars/shifters/brakes etc...so if they are only 3mm then they do indeed sound pretty thin....

the equinox is just windproof, so guessing realistically even thinner with less materials/layers for waterproof...

can never find any real life pictures of gloves on a person and when they come always turn up bulky ๐Ÿ™ should really try them on first i guess

I've had some of these for years, Massi windstopper - not sure if you can get them in the UK, but ideal for autumn days before it gets too cold.
