Is there such a thing ? I need to lock my bike up for 15 minutes while I'm in the bank.
Most of the time it will be visible. I just need something to deter a passing opportunistic scrote.

Those Liteloks looked interesting, until someone on bikeradar forum discovered they are easily opened (i still don't know how STW feels about links to other bike forums).
Take it into the bank. That's what I do.
Just seen an ad about Liteloks, thought this would be ideal for my kid's bike at school - but £160?? 😯 They'd have to be damn perfect for that.
