Hi, a (female) friend is looking to do more cycling and has looked at Hybrids. Not bothered about women's specific. Budget around £500 tops. Looked at some Giant bikes with and without front suspension (Spring!). Anything else from your experience apart from building it myself? Anyone seen any 'old stock' deals? Thanks

What size is she?
I have a 2007 Kona Phd (in the metallic light blue) up for grabs that I have just breathed new life into.
Its a friends bike who wont ride it any more due to shattered elbows.
Not sure of its size, I'm nearly 6' but its a little snug for me, if she is around 5' 8" it would be fine.
