I know spec do the demo 8 in XS and commencal do the supreme jr, but are their any other frames/bikes available in XS?

Do you mean XS or kiddie sized? That Commencal is a 24inch wheeler iirc.
Giant Glory is another that springs to mind though

Th commencal jr is a very small 26 wheeled bike. I am looking for something one size up from a 24 ".
