Just dug my lights out of the shed and appear to have a deceased li-ion battery. No volts showing at all on a multimeter.
Charger is Outputting 0.5v, is that going to be enough to drag it up? Status lights are currently showing no battery connected.
In a word no.
The l&m smart charger is a bit clever and it won't send charge current till it detects a battery voltage.
One of mine died (nimh) and I managed to get it back to life by charging it with a different charger.
Only lasted an extra couple of months before I has to have it re-celled.
Off to check mine. L&M Seca, what's yours?
It's an arc HID. Had it a while.
I'll take it into work tomorrow and see if I can get on of our boffins to revive it.
Get thee to Smudge, and ask for summer time storage advice.

Could also be too cold to charge...leave it in the house for an hour or so and try again...although it sounds humped.

I think this one is humped. hoping the HID bulb is still alright.
YGM back.
well I never, after an hour of sitting there doing nothing. charging light just lit up. Happy days.
Was going to say I have an arc battery too as light and motion and Madison completely deffed me off when I tried to sort a replacement after crashing and breaking the bulb. Inept customer service from both companies, seems they just didn't want my money! Definitely won't be spending money with light and motion in the near future!
