[Closed] Lifecycles in Bolten

Hi all,
Has anyone had any contact with Lifecyles bike shop in Bolton recently?
I bought a pair of knee pads from them on the 8th Oct. I can see from their website these haven't been despatched . When you call them there is either a message to say they are having problems with their phone line or to just leave a message. I've left 3 messages & called everyday for the last 7 days without any luck . I've also sent them 2 emails. They also have a workshop mobile number but this also appears to be out of action. I wouldn't usually be in such a rush for needing the knee pads but the plan is to use them for a mtb holiday in 2 weeks time.
