Im suffering mild back ache, lower back, for the last two or three weeks and im wondering (even hoping) that my saddle has given up the ghost.
Its a Fizik Gobi, which has been in use for six or seven years. To look at its a bit worn, but looks just as uncomfortable as it looked when it was new.
Other things around the same time,
swapped one steel hardtail for another (slightly lighter) with almost identical geo, same seat post.
Stopped walking the dog in the morning.
Think i have a hint of a cold.
Nothing else relevant that i can think of.
I rode on thursday night yet even now, i can feel the pain in my arse! I regularly ride two or three times a week and recently ive ridden less not more.......
Recommend me a new saddle?

Is your lower back getting a draught/chill while riding?
That always makes mine play up regardless of saddle.
no change to riding clothes, but i will bear that in mind, not getting any younger.
