Someone on a cycling FB group is struggling to find a new helmet - think his current one is a Bell 63-68 cm but the biggest he or I can find on Google is 65 cm which he reckons might not be big enough. Anyone any other suggestions? TIA

TLD XL are good for those of us with a long narrow head. As ever try before you buy s what feels good for a couple of minutes may feel like a vice afte 30 minutes.

Perhaps they could go to the trouble of measuring their head with a tape measure?

Giro, Bell and Specialized come up biggest in my experience, but a good fit is very dependent on head shape (round, narrow, etc) as well as just circumference!

If his head is genuinely bigger than 65cm then I reckon he has little chance.

Mine is 63cm and Giro is the only one that fits without hotknifing

I've got a ln XL Giro (Savant maybe) that fits my 63cm head with a thin woolly hat on in winter. I can pretty much squeeze into a large Giro otherwise.
