Can't decide which to do tomorrow. Lickey is closer and i wont have to spend so long sat on a train next to the loo, but Cannock is bigger and have more chance of being chased by what ever i see out the corner of my eye.

Is Cannock a swamp by now? Riding a CX and i don't mind mud but i do mind drowning

Could even look at sutton park on a cx bike , not hilly at all and should be quite firm in places, place is pretty good for a cross bike, and alot bigger than u think

Lickey hills is going to be more of a swamp than Cannock at the moment. Clent or Malvern hills would be good on a cx bike.

It's very dry around Kinver at the moment.

Thanks chaps. Never thought of Sutton park, 30 mins on bike.
Those other places sound good. See what train and weather shows up.
Thank you ๐Ÿ™‚

Rode Cannock yesterday and today - its muddy but not swamp like - few pools in the normal places but everything is more than rideable!
