I've now had two rear lights give up charging within 18 months. Cracking lights on the commute when they work. Front light currently still going well.

1st light did just over a year and just stopped dead, wouldn't charge at all, the current light still has the orange and red light showing, but after 2 attempts to charge it up it has added no more power lights.

Heading for the bin once flat.

Upgrade bikes are the importers of leyzyne lights and are generally very good when it comes to warranty claims (previous bike shop mechanic), would be worth speaking to Rory at upgrade bikes or the shop where you purchased them

Replaced the battery in my dead Lezyne Zecto and brought it back to life.

Suitable replacements are available on eBay.

Hi White01,

This has already been mentioned, but our LED lights carry a two (2) year warranty from the original purchase date. We recommend going through your original place of purchase to start a warranty claim, which will ultimately be taken care of by our UK distributor Upgrade Bikes.

I'm not assuming this is the case, but one common problem we see related to LED batteries has to do with light storage.ย Storing the battery with no charge can actually ruin the battery because there's a slight drain on the battery at all times. The best thing to do is to store themย with a charge.ย One of our electrical engineers has suggested at least 50%.

For other questions and concerns, you can always submit a request or comment on our support site:ย  https://support.lezyne.com/hc/en-us/ ย Our customer service team is always happy to help out!

Cheers and happy cycling!

Mine did the same. Shite.

Water ingress through the charging port and corroded through the connection.

Terrible design.
