My lezyne pack has started coming apart (never washed so not to blame) at the seams and and as a result the shoulder strap is no longer attached 🙁 It is 9 months old!
Anyone had any experience of Lezyne warranty?
Doesn't matter what the warranty is, your contract is with the shop you bought from and not Lezyne.
Basically goods should be fit for purpose, is a pack failing in a year a sign of fit for purpose? personnally i would say no.
But, do you have a receipt, or something similar, to prove what and when you bought?
Rob, my Lezyne pack went similarly, and Upgrade (the importers) were great about it. mrmo's right about you needing to do things through your dealer really, but I'd be surprised if you don't get a good result. The Upgrade chaps are at Core Bike setting up right now though, so they might be a little slow this week, of all weeks.
