Has anyone had problems with the schraeder connector? Mine doesn't seem to press down the centre of the valve to allow the air into the tyre. I've had a look at forums and reviews and the adapter seems to look as it's supposed to.
It's a lovely pump, but if it won't inflate the tyre then I might have to replace it, or go for presta tubes.
Does anyone know a way to fix it?

I've got the, ah, Alloy Drive I think. I've not had any problems, but found that it does have to be nipped up quite tightly. Blipping the valve by hand first seems to help too, just in case it's got stuck.
sounds like there is a part missing - thats what was wrong with mine.
not sure if it was an o-ring, but got sent a new hose.
No probs here with my Alloy Drive, but usually need to blip Presta valves before can get air in with them.
Thanks for the tips, I think all the parts are there just not long enough to reach the valve stem. I ended up putting a small stone on the valve stem so that the adapter would reach enough to press it down.

it's just a small bit that you wouldn't notice missing. i looked at another and saw a little black plastic cross was missing.
