This is the summary of a behavioural report created about me through my employer
Ben embraces visions not always seen by others. Ben's creative
mind allows him to see the "big picture." He may lose interest in a
project once the challenge ceases. He may then be ready for another
challenging project. He tends to have a "short fuse" and can display
anger or displeasure when he feels that people are taking advantage of
him. Some would see Ben as an initiator. He is a dominant, forceful
and direct person who wants to be seen as an individualist. Ben
enjoys authority, independence and the freedom that goes with his
aggressive approach to problem solving. He is a self-starter who likes
new projects and is most comfortable when involved with a wide scope
of activities. He can be aggressive and direct, but still be considerate of people.
Other people realize that directness is one of his greatstrengths.
He is often frustrated when working with others who do notshare the same sense of urgency.
Ben is aggressive and confident.
He is extremely results-oriented, with a sense of urgency to complete
projects quickly.
Ben is a good problem solver and troubleshooter, always seeking
new ways to solve old problems. He will work long hours until a tough
problem is solved. After it is solved, Ben may become bored with any
routine work that follows. He finds it easy to share his opinions on
solving work-related problems. He prefers authority equal to his
responsibility. Ben likes to make decisions quickly. Many people see
his decisions as high-risk decisions. However, after the decision is
made, he tends to work hard for a successful outcome. Sometimes he
becomes emotionally involved in the decision-making process.
Sometimes he may be so opinionated about a particular problem that
he has difficulty letting others participate in the process.
Ben tends to be intolerant of people who seem ambiguous or think
too slowly. He likes people who present their case effectively. When
they do, he can then make a quicker assessment or decision. He
should exhibit more patience and ask questions to make sure that
others have understood what he has said. His creative and active
mind may hinder his ability to communicate to others effectively. He
may present the information in a form that cannot be easily understood
by some people. Ben may lack the patience to listen and communicate
with slower acting people. He may sometimes mask his feelings in
friendly terms. If pressured, Ben's true feelings may emerge. He may
lose interest in what others are saying if they ramble or don't speak to the point. His active mind is already moving ahead.
He likes people who give him options as compared to their opinions. The options may help him make decisions, and he values his own opinion over that of others!
It doesn't seem to mention attention seeking.
I was in school with someone called Ben Houldsworth, can't be you though he was a tool.
So are your 'employers' recommending you for early release?
i think you wrote it.
who has a boss that takes that much notice?
cracking pics from CYB rightplace by the way.
tl;dr.
Interesting though it later suggests I should have access to a "Forum to express ideas and viewpoints"
Nonk, it wasw done through a series of online questionaires.
shrickvr6, whre did you go to school?
Have you tried decaf?
Ah, this is the expurgated version?
Maybe it mentions attention seeking later?
Have you just chosen to show us the best bits?
Have you just chosen to show us the best bits?
No, thats the summary at the front, it goes on to break it down further but attention seeking never gets mentioned.
It should.
I mean, it really should.
cracking pics from CYB rightplace by the way.
Nonk, whats this bit mean?
why have your employers given you a description of me?
Have you got a great big fat chin and were you on The Apprentice?
Are you me? ๐
That would have been a posh school in Newport.

Don't wind him up guys, he might lamp someone.
never had a fight in my life, you're quite safe
I think if they had just written **** it would have been more succinct
He may lose interest in what others are saying if they ramble or don't speak to the point.

Maybe I'm missing something but ben you don't give a reason or explanation why you posted your appraisal.
Personally, I see far too much use of 'aggressive' in the report. perhaps you should consider less aggression, unless your profession is ' cage fighter'

Far out that took ages. Is that so rude that you have to encode it like that anyway?
I posted it because I find it as random as you lot do; I answered the usual multiple choice questions on a psychometric/personality questionaire, nothing random or left field, and its produced a 15 page report that makes me look like an alpha male prick.
I wanted it to see the reaction of people who don't know me based on what it says, luckily the people I work with know me and find it funny but as the reactions on here show its a good job they do.
sorry I've lost interest already in that.
I used to work with someone of you name. Have you ever worked in film/video post production?
No but was that Ben "aggressive" with "a short fuse"? I might be able to palm this post off on him

There's more than a sniff of the "Edinburgh Defence" about that post.
Gooogles Ben Houldsworth.
Very interesting,
There's no Edinburgh defence about it, It makes some quite valid points about me, just seems pretty heavy and damning feedback based on 50 multiple choice questions.
And Project I definitely didn't nick my dads cars
Are you not the AWESOME Surf Matt?
