I am a first timer to mountain biking in the alps and so am after some advice. Does anyone know of any good routes in les arcs, I wouldn't say I am that amazing on a bike so need some fairly straightforward routes. Also as I have never been there before some directions would be good. So far getting all my inspiration for it from you tube.

Lots of marked trails, but also try heading down any footpath you find.
If you have a car, take away trip to tignes and val. Also Pila is highly recommended but 100km away in Italy.
