Can't seem to find any good trail maps online for the routes in that area. Anyone know of a good link or two ❓

Yep, managed to find the telegraphs last time I went, but normally manage to get lost! Do you have to book with Nirvana cycle or can you tag along?

its a free for all so tag along, its got more 'jumpy' over the past few years but you get a warning about anything worth looking at and its still well worth going if your not into that

If you have found telegraph (lane) then you should be able to find parklife (up the fireroad near the top observation point and barry knows best/ golden birdies which is down the fireroads from the top observation point in the direction of peaslake, just over the road from a fenced off area with loads of cut logs

Cool, thanks for the info Titus. Do you know what time they normally kick off - I may try and tag along this weekend if they are there

Get an OS map. Go out, ride stuff that looks interesting until you're thoroughly lost. Use the map to work out where you are again. Repeat until knackered.

Agree with Jon.

I've done the Nirvana ride on a Sunday, it was pretty technical, 20+ very good riders, mild pace on the climbs very fast downs, lot's of steep drop offs and jumps, went on some out of the way trails that I'd struggle to find again. Great crowd, would go again if I wasn't injured.
