I just got an e-mail regarding the order I placed yesterday: "Your LeisureLakesBikes order has been despatched", "Here’s a quick update to let you know your latest purchase has been shipped and is on it's way to you...". It's a bit slow of them, given my bits arrived this morning 😉

Oh, and 9% cashback with Quidco at the moment, which makes them very good value.

Try being there in llb shop in real life, drop a huge amount of £ks. And they still make you wait a bloody hour or more to walk out just trying to make the bloody payment.

More than ample time for customer to decide not to bother imo.

Ime, llbikes are fine in small doses, wouldn,t trust the spanner monk to sort another mech fault even if I did purcahse brand new expensivo bike. Without any intention too good impulse buy I guess.

They are pretty sound and great mail order service.

I expect a nationwide dealer to make me a cup of tea everytime I drop that amount of cashino after just having seen something I sort of need and really want.

Weird eyy!?

I would suggest writing a nice letter to them.
😀
