I'm looking to do this and the only company I can find who make a kit is Project 321. Does anyone know of any options or managed to get this done using an act of brilliant ingenuity?

TF Tuned have them too (& no doubt others), but if you can wait for Qwerty, they used to have a discount code: Use STW10 at the checkout

Actually just had a voicemail from Qwerty, to say they have the adapters back in stock (I want to see one for a project I have)

Cool. Thanks for that information. It'll work out cheaper and less hassle than a Project 321 kit. You say you got a voice mail. Do you have their number. I couldn't find it on the web site??

The Lefty for all kit (KH075) listed above has been discontinued and replaced with the KH106 kit that works for tapered or non-tapered head tubes.

G_S they rang me back, & as it's a mobile I'm loathed to give it out. What I would say is that they have been quick to respond to my email, and rang me back after I supplied my number.
