Anybody having a spin up? Me and a couple of mates are going to have a blat about from about half 6, couple of laps then a play about on some of the downs. anybody up for it?

balls, i'm going to a pub quiz tonight. was planning on going up to the quarry tomorrow night after work.
i want to try to clean that climb up to fairview; i always dab once i reach that big rock near the top...

get yourself out! i've got my mountain leaders course at the weekend and tomorrows the only time i've got to get the bike sorted for it.
there's a few of us heading up as well..........

i'll see how today goes. if it's as crazy as the rest of the week has been so far, then it could be a good way of letting off some steam...
