Anything here http://www.fenixtorch.co.uk worth putting on a handlebar mount to use for - Road riding on unlit country lanes, tracks & some easy off road?

Thinking maybe the LD20 or PD30

Don't want to spend mega money on bike specific lights so something like these would be ideal if there up to the job..

I would say the PD30 is about the minimum. However you can get far more light for much less money - dealextreme or ebay. Look fro p7 torches - 900 claimed lumen and you should be able to get one for around £30 or here is a bike specific light sold under many names - magicshine is one or spokesshirts in the Uk do an upgraded one

Sunchaser,

Try one of these from DX for under £8.
It uses 3x AAA cells and runs for over 4 hours on full power or for ever (nearly) on strobe. Use primary alkaline cells as rechargeables have lower voltage (and light output) as well as dismal capacity.
