I'm currently looking at getting this kit( http://www.cutter.com.au/proddetail.php?prod=cut890) to fit into an existing housing but i have a few questions that i hope someone on here may be able to help with.
Will this driver allow me to switch different brightness levels?
What lumen output would this give on maximum 700mA?
Has anyone ordered from cutter and are they any good?
If you've ordered was there a customs charge?

oh and does anyone know any companies in this country that sell cree led kits?

1.Yes but you'd need to wire a switch to effectively 'cut' the PCB tracks talked about in the boards instructions.
2.Somewhere between 400 & 700 lumens depending on LED type & optic efficiency
