Anyone care to share any experieces with these products? I definitely need to get some back protection.

I've got the full body one - integrates well with a Leatt neck brace but they really are hot (as with any body armour). Comfortable though. I wonder if I should have gone vest, but tbh the arms don't really seem to be the hot bit, it's the body that gets really sweaty 😉 Plus the couple of decent off's I've had have both been OTBs and shoulder impacts.

Do you wear a base layer underneath?
