It's quite astonishing how much water a washing machine uses..
I'd not really considered it until a few moments ago when I watched it piss out all over the kitchen floor..
My other half left for casualty in an ambulance an hour or so ago as a matter of routine following some unexpected and copious post-op bleeding.. and I'm sat here watching the baby..
There's no point phoning me mates cos they're all well oiled by this time on the weekends.. so to sit and watch the washing machine leak is my only entertainment while I wait for the next sms update from the hospital..
time for another brew methinks..

Thanks Mr TJ... she'll be fine.. she has already reported some small triumph over her phobia of hospitals and needles so good has come of it!
There really isn't an answer to this post is there..! tis attention and sympathy seeking at it's finest..
