What with all these new/old brands popping up out of the woodwork and selling direct to retail, Canyon / KHS for example
I wonder if it is actually better to buy the bike cheaper direct or to buy an established brand from my local bike shop where i will get a 1st service and full back up with warranty etc etc...
What happens if i buy a Canyon full sus bike and have something wrong with the rear hub for example? In my LBS i could take it there and they would sort it for me.
