Riding a LARGE Cotic simple with a 100mm stem @ 8Deg but still find myself sliding forward in the saddle and have to constantly 'push' my arse back to get comfy. I also suffer from sore / stiff shoulders which is a sure sign of too much weight going forward. I've adjusted the saddle all the way back / forward, raised the nose above level (then got numb nuts so dropped it back down) but was wondering if a layback seat post would help?

Any thoughts?

Try a shorter stem.

If you're already sliding forward on the saddle then you might just fall right off the front of it with a layback ๐Ÿ˜‰
