At the moment it's every time I ride. Still got that new bike grinability thing going on.

The last time I was out on my mountain bike. Easter Monday.
Immediately after falling from my bike. Oddly the others from the Monday night club weren't laughing quite so loud. (At least not outwardly anyway)
