I thought the general consensus was the world would be a better place if we just ignored him?

Joe Rogan is a great podcast. For those that don't know he's one of the UFC commentators and performs most post fight interviews.

Always found his podcasts too long and too much about himself, might give this one a listen though.

Been a bit of a fallow period for Rogan of late (for me at least) but really enjoying this so far. Whisper it but Lance comes across as a contrite and alright guy.

What boils my wee is the fact that no one ever pushes the "it's not just that you cheated, but the fact you destroyed people who stood against you" line with him?

Only just started to listen to it, so We will see!

I think he's had some crackers recently

Bill Burr (not his best one but always great to hear them together)
Bert Kreischer (Listen to Bert's own podcast - superb)
Dana White (in the hours following Rousey's loss)
John Wayne Parr
Michael Dowd - this one was particularly good
Nick DiPaolo & Adam Lowery - Hilarious with Nick then fascinating when Adam joined

The Bill Burr one was a bit meh, Bert was good, I've given up on the martial arts dudes, there's been alot of them on recently, but JWP was good the last time he was on. Missed the Nick Dip one, have to give that a listen, he's always value, just checked, have listened - that was from July!

Lance comes across as a contrite and alright guy

He can afford the best PR advice in the world looks like he might be taking it

Agreed with the above it was his method and what he did to be people - Simeone for example

TBH the world would be a better place if we just ignored the egomaniac

Good interview, not sure I believe a word of the spin but a good interview. He seems a little more willing to appear candid these days, but I refer myself to my first comment.

I listened to the podcast as I can't get youtube at work.

As an aside, in interview no. 685 he speaks to Jeff Novitzky, the former federal agent who essentially brought Armstrong down, good interview too.

I suspect interviews with Lance are worth a fair bit in getting people to listen/watch (even if Lance does them for free for the publicity). So in return i suspect people are prepared to stick to a script. He's hardly going to agree to appear opposite Paxman is he?

If he keeps to the same script eventually the story will be only about his doping, not the other stuff, his image will be laundered and he'll have won.
